Demonstration on the occasion of the conference of the interior ministers concerning the day of rights of children:
For the rights of a child of the UNO–Charta and the abolition of the obligatory residency
For the right and legalisation of residence
Unfortunately, the same rights for everyone are only an empty claim in Germany. The rights of a child from the UNO-charta do not account for refugees. Over 100.000 endured refugees have to live in fear of deportation for years, they can´t even leave their federal state, this is meant by obligatory residency.
It is time to act! |This is why we demand the conference of the interior ministers in Potsdam (November, 20.–21st) as well as the politicians of the Federal Republic of Germany on the occasion of the 49th anniversary of the signing of the rights of children in the United Nations:
– a right for residence for all – no matter if with documents or without;
– to completely realize the convention for human rights and the rights of children of the UNO in the the Federal Republic of Germany;
– to abolish the obligatory residency in Germany;
– the tear down fences and walls at the European boundaries,
– to open escape routes and to generousely accomodate people in misery.
